Our projects follow a 4-step journey:

Planning and Consultation

We begin with listening to your ideas, dreams, and preferences. Then we respond with potential house and land packages, ensuring that what you have shared is reflected in our response.

Design Journey

This is where we combine the ideas and innovations gathered on our travels with how you express your dream. Focusing on attention to architectural detail and client communication, you see your new home begin to take form. If you decide you want to make changes, we listen. Our priority is meeting your expectations via a stress-free process.

Construction

Our attention to detail and communication continues as your home takes shape. We're careful to only select the highest quality materials, constantly monitoring how the home takes shape. We only pick the most highly respected professionals through each stage of the build process.

Finally, Possession

On the day your new home is completed, we will be there to ensure you're happy with every single aspect and fine detail. Then we provide ongoing support for a full year after completion in case you decide that you'd like some improvements or changes. Our intention is that you experience lifetime satisfaction from your unique Home Factor home.
